Requesting Transcripts

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
Please note: ECU no longer accepts transcript requests directly. Please order all transcripts online to ensure timely delivery.

Any current or former ECU student may request an Official Transcript at any time. ECU has retained Credentials Solutions to accept and process transcript orders. Click the TranscriptsPlus icon below to view Credentials’ “Pricing and Payment” options when ordering Official Transcripts. Transcripts can be picked up in the ECU Records Office or mailed directly to a recipient. Transcripts can also be sent electronically to a recipient as a PDF attachment. Please note that transcripts sent electronically from Credentials Solutions are official if sent directly to a third party and may only be viewed once. Electronic transcripts sent directly to a student and then forwarded/uploaded to a third party are not considered official.

Please click on the TranscriptsPlus icon below to enter your order. If you are unable to submit your request via the internet, you may contact Credentials Solutions at 847-716-3005 to order transcripts. There is an additional operator surcharge for placing orders over the telephone.

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
Unofficial transcripts do not contain the university seal and are not on official transcript paper. Students may print unofficial transcripts anytime online via myecu.ecok.edu. After logging in, the Student tab lists the Unofficial Transcript link under Academic Information. If you have both Undergraduate and Graduate transcripts, you will have to select the correct Course Program.

If a student does not know his/her password, it can be accessed by clicking on the "Password Reset" line located on the "Login" page.
