SUMMARY:
Primary job function is the operation, maintenance and installation of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and operation of boilers and boiler rooms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Operation and maintenance of: Walk-in Freezer and Coolers, Chillers and Cooling towers, Ice machines repair and maintenance, Air conditioning, large and small (summer).
Boilers from 8:00 am.-5:00 pm. (winter). Perform preventive maintenance as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or General Education Certificate (GED); two years college or vocational school.

Assist with the continued enhancement of ECU by modeling appropriate behavior for and towards students and staff, and by displaying professional conduct at all times.

Must be able to hear and speak in fluent English to exchange information in person, on the telephone, or using a two-way radio system.
