Job Title:  HVAC PM TECH

SUMMARY:
Primary job function is the maintenance and P.Ms of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and P.Ms of boiler rooms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Include the following: 
Receives printed work orders for the job.
Plans details of working procedure to determine tools and material requirements. 
Oils blower motors in heating and air conditioning units.
Checks and replaces filters as necessary.
Cleans evaporator coils in air conditioning units. 
Cleans and adjust water coolers.
Inspects, adjusts, removes and replaces drive belts on all equipment including exhaust fans as necessary.
Lubricates moving parts as required. 
Changes oil in air compressors as needed.
Keeps equipment, tools, truck, and work area clean and orderly.
Also performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or General Education Certificate (GED); two years college or vocational school.

SALARY: $22,152
