Constitution Day/Annual Rothbaum Lecture

Dr. Shae Cox, Assistant Professor of History at Nicholls State University, will present the annual Rothbaum Lecture Monday, Sept. 20, at 6:30 p.m. in East Central University’s Estep Multimedia Center inside the Bill S. Cole University.  The lecture, which is part of the recognition of Constitution Day, is free and open to the public.
