World Suicide Prevention Day Event

Students can pledge to help end mental health stigma and encourage help seeking behaviors on campus.

September 6th - September 12th is Suicide Prevention Week .

In recognition of the 1,100 college-age students that die by suicide annually, the Student Counseling Center is putting 1,100 small white flags on the lawn between Danley Hall and Horace Mann. We are also placing yard signs with information detailing statistics about suicide, Risk & Protective Factors, resources, and information about how ECU supports mental health.
