East Central University student Mackinsey Archer, of Choctaw, claimed the second runner-up prize in the College Division of the recent 2018 ECU Tiger Tank Competition. Poudel’s project “The Hairy Hotel” is a pet resort instead of a kennel for your pets to visit when you are away.
