The Community Education Program at East Central University is now accepting online registration for its fall non-credit classes and trips.
"This means that anyone can enroll in a class and charge the fee to a credit card 24 hours a day, seven days a week," said Charlee Lanis, coordinator of the Community Education Program.
"Of course, we still accept enrollment by phone, fax or in person as well, but we expect that providing online enrollment will help many people who want to enroll in classes using the convenience of their computers," she added.
Lanis said the new fall schedules are in the process of being mailed and should arrive in mailboxes in the next few days. Fall catalogs also can be picked up at the Ada Public Library, the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce and at ECU. To request a copy of the catalog and be added to the mailing list, call 580-559-5456.
The deadline for the early bird discount is Sept. 4 [FRIDAY].
To enroll online, patrons can go to www.ecok.edu/continuing_ed and click on "Enroll Online." A list of classes, with descriptions and costs, can be accessed on the left side of the page.
