East Central University's homecoming parade will begin at noon on Oct. 25 [Saturday]. Entry forms to participate in the parade are due by 4 p.m., Oct. 15 [Wednesday]. Late entries may be accepted through Oct. 21 [Tuesday]. Please try to avoid late entries.
This year's homecoming theme is "Vote for Roary." Roary the Tiger is ECU's mascot.
Parade categories include decorated car/truck/trailer, float, walking group and marching band. The entry form and parade information is available on ECU's website, www.ecok.edu.
Parade lineup will be posted on ECU's website by Oct. 24 [Friday].
The parade route will begin at the corner of Main and Center Streets and head west on Main Street through the downtown area ending at Main and Stockton Streets. Parade judges will be located at Main and Broadway in front of Vision Bank.
