The East Central University Music Department will present “Sing, Sing, Sing: A Concert of Vocal Jazz Standards” on Thursday, April 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the Dorothy I. Summers Theatre.
The concert, which is free and open to the public, will feature faculty, alumni and current students, along with the ECU Jazz Band under the direction of Kirk Palmer. Some of the better known selections will include Happy Days Are Here Again, I’ll Be Seeing You, Sincerely, A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square and Birdland.
