Caps/Gowns
Caps and gowns may be picked up beginning the first day of the Graduation Fair, or at the ECU Bookstore anytime thereafter. The Graduation Fair is held in March for Spring and Summer candidates and in October for Fall candidates, exact dates are below. You must be approved to be part of the graduating class by the Office of Admissions and Records in order to be eligible to pick up a cap and gown.
For your convenience, the ECU Bookstore will be open the morning of graduation for you to pick up your cap and gown from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for the May commencement ceremonies and from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. for the December commencement ceremony.
Regular bookstore hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays.
FALL 2021 GRAD FAIR: October 19, 2021 - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
SPRING/SUMMER 2022 GRAD FAIR: March 22-23, 2022 - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Students can call the ECU Bookstore to have their cap/gown shipped to them for a $12 shipping fee.
