Emergency Assistance Funds exist thanks to generous donors that understand "life happens". In the event of a financial crisis, ECU students may feel hopeless and these funds are here to provide that needed hope. Those seeking funding will need to document their needs as due to personal, social, or economic distress. A student may only receive an award from one fund, one-time only. The award may be used to pay for tuition, books, fees, housing, board, and for life financial needs such as rent, utility bills, automobile repair, etc. Students must be recommended by a faculty or staff member and must complete the respective application for the fund monies being sought.
