ECU On-Campus Mailboxes
ECU on-campus mailboxes are available for rent each semester through the ECU Bookstore. Students, or non-students have the option to rent. The cost is $18 for the fall or spring semesters and $12 for the summer. You can pay by semester or for the entire year. You may not rent a mailbox for business use. To start your rental, go to the ECU Bookstore and ask to rent one.
Chokka-Chaffa’ and Pesagi are both equipped with mailboxes so that residents are able to receive mail or packages directly at these residence halls.
The address for Pesagi is 1100 E 14th PMB 1 (room number) and Chokka- Chaffa’ is 1100 E 14th PMB 2 (room number).
All other students who live in other residence halls, and who wish to acquire a personal mailbox are encouraged to stop by the Campus Bookstore and go through the rental process.

ECU Food Bank
Thanks to the incredible generosity of anonymous donors, East Central University has launched its own campus-based food bank to assist students in need. ECU is working with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma to keep the pantry stocked with non-perishable food items.
The food bank isn’t just for traditional college students. It is also for parents attending college who are doing their best to finish their degrees while also providing for their families. ECU Food Bank uses a box distribution method to ensure equitable distribution and to comply with Covid-19 social distancing guidelines.
Applications are made available a couple of times per semester through announcements in the ECU Tiger Updates, which all students receive on Monday mornings through their email.
ECU School of Business Clothes Closet
The ECU School of Business houses a clothes closet on the 3rd floor in the Chickasaw Business & Conference Center. Dress clothing is provided free of charge to students who need business professional clothing for interviews or other important meetings or events they need to attend. Students don’t have to make an appointment to look through the clothing and can show up to Suite 315 anytime during regular business hours, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Students may also try on clothing if needed.
Please note that summer hours vary and the dress closet isn’t open during regularly scheduled University breaks and holidays.
Donate to Clothes Closet
Because this is a free service offered to our students, we are often in need of donations. All donations may be dropped off on the 3rd floor, Suite 315 during business hours. Sample donations include:
- Men’s suits
- Women’s dress suits
- Blazers and Jackets
- Men and women’s dress shoes
- Men and women’s dress shirts
- Men and women’s dress slacks/pants
