Eligibility Criteria
Upward Bound is funded to serve 124 students from target high schools in the East Central University region. To qualify for the program, students must meet the following requirements:
- Attend one of our target schools
- Meet low-income guidelines as determined by the U.S. Department of Education and/or
- Will be a potential first-generation college graduate (neither father nor mother has graduated from a 4 year university)
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Completed the 8th grade and has not entered the 12th grade
- Must maintain a 2.5 GPA

- Sasakwa
- Stonewall
- Stringtown
